Hello Anon

Thank you for writing!

A pregnancy test can let you know if you are pregnant. If you are not, these symptoms may be due to starting a new birth control regime. Some women who start birth control find they have breast pain, heaviness and cramps, until they used to the medication. This can last up to three months.
Best,
Susan
