Every one and a half weeks before my period I experience an over sensitive right breast and nipple where I am feeling constantly uncomfortable. My bra and clothing are always soft and comfortable, but they feel almost like sand paper just before my period. I have already determined this is a hormonal issue. Please can you advise me on what kind of surgery or medication or herbal remedy that actually works that can completely reduce or eliminate this problem as it is driving me mad and it would be great tohave peace of mind?
