Ok so I have ovarian cysts. And my cycle has always been heavy and somtimes very late. But the past 2 months I've had pain in my ovary area, light spotting that is light brown, almost black and with a few small actual blood spots. I also have gained a little weight and my left nipple has a clear-greenish discharge when it's squeezed. The right nipple does not.
I have never had sex, the only encounter I've had was touching a man's erect penis (I don't know if there was any cm or precm on it) but my hands got damp and I wiped them. Then after about 20-30 minutes I went to pee and kinda "fingered" myself without washing my hands first.
But missing 2 periods after doing that and having some pregnancy symptoms have me very stressed. Is there a chance I could be pregnant from this encounter? Or could it be my cysts and stress that's causing these symptoms?

Hello hey12356,
Welcome again to EmpowHER. When was the last time you had an exam with your gynecologist?
How much weight have you gained? How long have you been having this green discharge from the left nipple?
Begin by taking a home pregnancy test. For the most accurate result, test in the morning. Use the urine when you first wake up and use the bathroom.
Then call your gynecologist's office to schedule an appointment. Depending on the test result, two months without a period, a history of ovarian cysts and a green nipple discharge, you need to been seen.

Thank you for the reply, I will be seen soon. But I'm still curious if there was a pregnancy risk in the situation I presented?

Hello hey12356,
No because after 20 minutes, any sperm would have been dead. Once semen is dry, sperm is dead.
