Nipples

My nipples are very sore and they have bumps around them! I had a period in March and was supposed to have one the beginning of April and it’s the 26th & my cycle still haven’t came on! Could I be pregnant?

Bumps on nipples are not unusual and are not a sign of pregnancy. Sometimes they are more obvious that others.
If you have been having unprotected sex, a pregnancy test would be accurate by now.
