we were in a pool and we were dry humping but I still had my boxers and shorts on and she did as well. I felt like i was inside of her (keep in mind we still have our cloths on) and I didnt ejaculate. moments after we got out she said she was bleeding and didn't stop till 3 days after and we are worried that she can be pregnant. Please help.

You didn't have sex and it sounds like your friend got her period. You could not have been inside her, that would have been very painful for both parties.
It doesn't sound like you understand how sex works - it's a good idea to study on your own so you know how sex and the human body works. You can read books on this or search our own site. This will eliminate a lot of stress than the unknown can cause.
A woman cannot get pregnant unless she has unprotected sex (naked) with ejaculation. She would also have to be ovulating. Sperm will not travel through a layer of clothing to impregnate.
So a pregnancy cannot occur from what you did.
