Hello Anon

Thank you writing.

I have a digestive disease and went gluten free for a year (didn't make a difference) but there is no harm in giving it a shot - you may find you feel a lot better even if you don't have Celiac disease.

Working with a nutritionist is important - gluten is everywhere and is in foods we wouldn't even consider! A couple of sessions with a nutritionist can help you learn all you need to know about a gluten free life.
Best,
Susan
