I’m currently 2 days late for my period. My usual periods last 4 days but my last period lasted around 7. I currently also take Blisovi birth control pills and accidentally took two in one day, I stayed on schedule afterwards but I’m ending my pill pack a day early. I had sex about 5 days before my usual ovulation day as well, but my boyfriend did not ejaculate. Is it possible my cycle is simply pushed back, or do I have a higher chance of being pregnant?

If you take the pill regularly you are protected, even with full intercourse. You didn't miss any pills, just doubled up on one day from what you say. It's not likely you would be pregnant. If your period does not show, and you are still worried, a pregnancy test can ease your mind. Otherwise, continue your pills as usual.
