Hi I recently been doing alot of gym like 2 hours per day 4 days a week last month I got my period around the June 18th or 19th but that time I hadnt been doing the machine excercises like the ones that involve wieght in pounds now meaning this month I had been doing those alot and other and I do them usually till I lose breath. I also started drinking a protein shake which I drink before gym just that usually so today is July 22 I still havent had my period yet and another thing on July 4 I was with my boyfriend and he was trying to touch my vagina but I didnt let him meaning his hand was just around the pubic area Im pretty surehis hand had nothing on it and after all that the water from my water bottle by accidently fell on my pants. He told me himself that im making myself go crazy for no reason thinking about this type Pregnancy and stuff. This isn’t the first time my period is being late its sometimes late sometimes on time but still when it gets late I panic. Is it because of excercise? Please help

Guide

Hello. Thank you for writing today.

Pregnancy happens though intercourse with ejaculation. So, your boyfriend's hand touching you cannot cause pregnancy.

Many things (besides pregnancy) can cause a late or even missed period, a change in lifestyle, stress, over-exercising, weight loss or weight gain, illness, or change in body chemistry, etc.

Try to relax. Your period will come in due time.
