Since the age of 10, I have had some difficulty with dairy products.
I noticed that after I consumed dairy products I would feel terrible discomfort.
It has gotten worse over the years. Also, I have had what I believed to be acne, but I recently realized that after consuming dairy, my face would get kind of red on my cheeks and around my lips. Could it be a milk allergy?
I figured I'd list some of my symptoms:
.Diarrhea
.Headaches
.Gas
.Acne
.Canker Sores
.Abdominal discomfort
