I took Lydia emergency contraceptive pill(postinor 2) thursday that's last two..tho he protected himself and besides that was my first time of taking it so I took three caplsus later then my mum said I took overdose..now I 've experienced all the side effects...I checked with HCG and it's shows one line or is it possible that I am pregnant ?I took it 2 hours after sex

You did overdose on P2 - you take them (preferably) 24 hours after sex and only the amount prescribed. Taking more will cause a great hormonal imbalance and stronger side effects. But this should not have long lasting effects, your cycle should get back to normal in the next 4-6 weeks. Since your partner also protected himself, there is no risk. A pregnancy test will be accurate 14 days after sex but pregnancy does not seem possible in your case.
