Hi Casinoqueen,
You may want to try gentle swimming until your ankle heals and you can begin walking. That is an exercise that is both gentle and non-weight bearing, both of which you need right now.

The only thing he has mentioned so far is walking, but that is on hold right now because I have a broken ankle, and its not completely healed yet. So thats why Im looking for other exercises, until I can start walking. Thanks Casinoqueen147
