If I'm reading your question correctly, you are having pain under your ribs on the right side? But I don't know what you mean by "o nose."
Injuries are the most common causes of pain under your right rib cage. Do you recall hurting yourself at all?
Internal organs which are close to your right rib cage include right kidney, gallbladder, and liver. Pain in this area can mean one of these organs is infected or inflamed. A heart-related problem typically causes pain closer to the left rib cage. But any unusual chest pain should be checked out. Other common problems which may result in pain under the right rib cage are connected with our metabolism and our digestive system, among others. If this pain is severe, you should be evaluated by a medical professional.
