Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

We don't have a lot of information to go on - how long has this been going on? How old are you? Do you have any health issues going on?

Chills and night sweats may be caused by menopause (becoming very hot and sweaty and then cooling down quite rapidly) or certain health conditions like certain blood cancers, HIV/AIDS, infections, thyroid disorders and diabetes.

If you are over 40, and certainly in your 50s, menopause is a common cause. Menopausal symptoms can go on for months or several years.

It's advisable for you to seek medical advice.

Best,
Susan
