Aout a yr ago i started feeling a small bump on my right breast, which didnt turn up in the mamogram. I drink a lot of sodas so i thought maybe too much caffeen. But now I cant even wear my bra because it bothers me. The pain is towards the left side of my right breast, almost towards the center of my chest. Brest cancer runs in my mothers side of the family and im very concearned.

Your pain is increasing quickly, and I think your doctor needs to know. She or he may decide to do another mammogram or a sonogram to see if they can tell anything.

Most breast lumps are benign, but with a family history, you want to be cautious. Here is the Mayo Clinic's guide on evaluating breast lumps:
