I have arthrits, every joint on my right side of my body is swollen and hurts . Could it be something else?

Thank you for your post.

You may be having a horrible flare --that's the most likely scenario. But unfortunately, this auto-immune could lead to others that have similar traits, such as Lupus. You need to seek medical care and get tested.
I hope you feel better soon, I know (from friends) how awful these conditions are.
