Got my tubes tied in November 2013 three days agoMy period was two weeks late(I figured) went to bathroom seen a little blood assumed it was not. Three days later it stopped and was good for two full days the second day that night my back started hurting real bad felt when I thought like my period has come back which sometimes happens went to the bathroom and actually felt "something exit my vagina" now I am super shocked surprised and a curious wat to do and how to know when/if I need to go to hospital

Welcome to EmpowHER. I am glad you reached out to us for what to do now. Call your gynecologist today. You may not need to go to the hospital, but to your doctor's office. If this was a miscarriage, your doctor will want to examine you to be sure all products of pregnancy have been expelled.
