I started having sex about a month or so ago, and when I first did it was the day after my period ended so I shouldn't have been able to get pregnant for a week, but he pulled out just in case. I started taking birth control pills almost immediately and about 1 week in or so he stopped pulling out. I was on a low hormone pill so when I accidentally missed one pill I took plan B with in less than 24 hours of the incident. I never experienced any spotting or cramping from that, but one of my friends said she had the same experience so I didn't worry. When it came time for my period I skipped the break week on my birth control and started taking a higher hormone pill immediately after I finished my other pack, skipping my period. I haven't had sex since I switched birth controls and am only a week in to my new pack yet I am having severe cramping and am passing dark blood clots, could this just be my body reacting to skipping my period? Or could I have already been pregnant when I took the plan B pill, and am now miscarrying? If it was a miscarriage, and I took a pregnancy test, would it still show positive so I could confirm at home that I had been pregnant? I'm only 18 and living with my parents I'd prefer not to go to a doctor unless I KNEW I had to.
