Below are the ultrasound results for my pelvis from radiologists and conclusion.
The bladder is normal
The uterus normal
It measures 69.8*26.1 mm
There is no intra luminal pathology
The left ovary appeas normal
there is complex mass in the right ovary
It is non-homogeneous
It appears to be septated
It'spartially cystic
It appears thick walled
It measures 48.1 mm
there are no free fluid in the pelvis
The is a complex right sided avarian cyst
This should prefarably be investigatd under direct site

What has your doctor recommended? According to the report, it looks like the doctor wants to "investigate" it? Did the doctor or the doctor's nurse go through the report with you and explain what the next step is? If not, call your doctor's office and make an appointment to have someone explain to you what is going to happen.
Many times when a woman has an ovarian cyst, the doctor employs what's called "watchful waiting" to see if the cyst breaks down and clears up on its own, but that word "septated" could mean that it needs quicker attention, and could turn dangerous if not treated.
