Hello, and thank you for sharing your question with the community. I'm so sorry to hear that you have such sores. I'd love to give you some information that will help you.
I know you have already identified your sores as boils but boils are not commonly related to pregnancy. Genital warts however, are related to pregnancy. Because your "boils" keep coming back, I suspect that you were misdiagnosed and that you have the wrong treatment method.
Genital warts can sometimes arise during pregnancy if you have a dormant HPV infection. If this is the cause there are several treatment options: freezing, chemical paint, burning or cream. I would suggest using a cream first that you can get over the counter. This way you can easily treat yourself in the comforts your home without invasive procedures. If however the warts keep coming back which is common for any kind of wart, you need to see your doctor and ask for a treatment for genital warts, not boils.
I hope this was helpful. Let us know if you have any more questions.
