I'm Again so sick on my stomach from my nerves so so bad I cannot get one med down without puking I truth cannot move I've never in my life I'm also having since 1990 but my panic disorder is so outs control soon if I can sleep I wake bam I'm dying for air now so sick can't even get my Klonopin down my manic depression is OMG what should I do I've nowhere to go and stress is non-stop and mental abuse I simply don't want my Dr to Kno what would you suggest please help

Please contact your doctor today or present at the ER.
You didn't say what kind of abuse is going on or from whom but you need to get yourself to a safe place. You can't hide this from a doctor - he/she is there to help, not to judge you.
