I am a old gay man and a passive aggressive power bottom with Anal warts...I had surgery at Peninsula Hospital on April 20th after I got back from Hawaii for my Birthday and LIED to everyone ...Do I tell my numerous sexual partners ..I don't practice safe sex and lied and exposed sooo many people...please adise??

Anal warts are small warts that can occur inside and around the anus. Have you had these for a while? Left untreated they are likely to continue to grow. They're a type of genital wart caused by the Human Papillomavirus (HPV), a sexually transmitted disease. It sounds like you may already know that. Withholding information about the possible sharing of a sexually transmitted disease is not a good practice - would you want someone to withhold that information from you? In some cases anal warts may lead to cancer, this needs to be taken seriously. I suggest you contact your medical provider for support, especially if you are having any type of pain, and encourage you to have honest discussions with your partners. Good luck! Pat
