Headache and swollen neck

I’ve had a headache for three days and notice my neck is a little swollen and at times have throbbing on neck (I do have an injury on cervical back area )

Most headaches are more of an annoyance and not a serious health concern, but that does not mean that you should never see a doctor for a headache. If you have had a headache this long, (with or without neck swelling), with no improvement, and it's concerning to you, a doctor can ease your mind that it's nothing serious.

Thank you , I did go to my dr he just prescribed pain med but with very Lil improvement
