Thank you for writing!

Shingles can be very draining even after the sores have healed. How long ago did you first get shingles? Most cases last between 3-6 weeks.
The after effects can take a little longer. You need plenty of rest and sleep.
If it has been more than 8 weeks since the outbreak, talk to your doctor.
