endometriosis & choclate cyst

hi I am 31 yrs old ,married for almost 6 yrs .I am trying to concieve for the last 4 yrs .I have endometriosis ,but have regular periods .During my fertility investigation i got to know tahti have garde 3 endometriosis and a choclolate cyst in my right ovary,my first gynaecologist suggested hormone therapy after diagnostic laproscopy ,i also had second laparoscopy for the removal of chocolate cyst but was overlooked by the doctor ,now my gyna is suggesting to go for a good third laparo for the removal and cyst and then go for IVF after giving a trial for few months .But iam really not very positive about lapros after having bitter experiences in past ,is surgery the only option ,and should i do it as soon as possible...can i concive with endometriosis really worried
