Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for coming to us with your concern about the dull ache in your left armpit and the side of your left breast.
When did this start? How long have you been having the pain? Does any thing make it worse or relieve the ache?
Do you sleep on your left side? Are you having any other symptoms?
Let me put your mind at ease,in most cases, pain is not a sign of breast cancer. A majority of women experience breast pain about one to three days before the start of their period. Breast pain is common among perimenopausal women.
If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult your physician.
