Do i have signs of diabetes?

I walked 4 miles for the first time the day I turned 50 yrs old, and I wasn't used to walking that far. The same day my left big toe was tingling; thought it was from my toes rubbing in my shoe although my shoes were comfortable. The next day, I noticed that I had what seemed to be a blood blister on my toe, looks like my toe is bruised under the toenail. It's starting to lighten, but still looks bruised. Now, my ankles have some swelling, thought it was from my monthly cycle, which is irregular because I'm premenopausal, and some slight numbness in my right foot. When I elevate my legs at night, the swelling goes down. What's going on with me?
