I've given birth to 3 children (no miscarriages). In november 2010 I had a tidal ligation. Always had regular periods. My last period was February 22nd. Missed it in March. All my preg tests came up negative. Even at the doctors office. Was cramping lightly in late March. And Sunday morning April 8 I felt like I knew I was bleeding. Went to the bathroom and saw lots of blood and small clots. Went to the ER to see what was going on. Was I having a miscarriage? Had a lot of pain in my pelvic region and in my lower back. They took both urin and blood samples, followed by a ultra sound. When they were done testing, the doctor came in and said, "There is no pregnancy". I was still sceptical about the result. Later, towards the night I had a long think piece come out of me. I cleaned it off as much as possible to see what it was. And it was in a shape of a little human. At least that's what I think I saw. I took pictures to show the doctor the next day. They asked me if I kept it to bring to them. I didn't think to. So they tried to push it off as the lining of my uterus. Can anyone help? Did my tubes come untied?

Hello Unclaimedsanity
April 10, 2018 - 1:23pmThank you for writing.
We are unable to tell someone if they miscarried or if their tubes reconnected. A scan can help you with the latter if you have concerns.
If your last period was in Feb, and you were pregnant, you would have been about 5- 6 weeks along and nothing would be in the shape of a human at that stage so I don't think medical staff were trying to "push it off" as uterine lining - it probably was.
It sounds like you had a strange and rather clumpy period but if your tests were all negative and your tubes are tied - it's pretty safe to go with the fact that you were never pregnant.
Best,
Susan
