Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for coming to us for help.

It is possible that you are experiencing abdominal bloating and lower abdominal cramps because of a digestive system problem. Possible causes include an intolerance to a particular food such as milk, constipation, indigestion , or gastroenteritis.

These symptoms with back pain could indicate irritable bowel syndrome, gallstones, or kidney stones.

If these symptoms persist, please consult your primary care physician.

Regards,
Maryann

Thanks for your reply. I don't drink or eat dairy products...this is the first time i'm experiencing these cramps after my period has ended. The paun is in my uterine lining and its kinda puffy just like when your period is gearing up to come. Will go to the doc and get it checked out tho.
