Its been a little over two years since I last got my concussion. I got it from playing football with my friends during the winter which was not the brightest idea (ice). since that time I've gone through complete hell. I don't think I am going to fully recover anytime soon because many of the effects are still in full effect while others are not. the biggest symptoms are the confusion/fogginess (trapped inside your head feeling), the light sensitivity, and the memory. Other than that nothing else is too severe except for the occasional headache. Any tips on speeding up the recovery and treatment for the symptoms?

Have you had a recent MRI?

Hello Anon
Thank you for writing.
This is a very broad question as there are many kinds of head injuries. Some can be less injurious than others - with fewer long term effects. Others can be catastrophic. Can you let us know more about the kind of injury you are talking about?
