My boyfriends was wearing jeans and shorts. I was wearing leggings and panty. We were both making out (while standing). His penis (fully clothed) touched/rubbed my vagina (fully clothed) and we were standing against the wall. Then when I touched him down there, I realized his jeans was wet, only when I touch it, I could feel the wetness but I could not see any wet patch. Then my boyfriend touched it as well and realized his jeans were wet. I asked him if he cummed, and he said no. Then I touched my leggings to see if it’s wet, but I could not feel any wetness on it. I also asked my boyfriend to touch and see if my leggings are wet, and he said no. Now that I’m very paranoid if is there any possibility for sperm to go through his jeans and get through my leggings and pass through my panty and find it’s way into the vagina? Is there a risk of pregnancy?

Did you have sex ed at school? If not, it's a good idea to study on your own so you know how sex and the human body works. You can read books on this or search our own site. This will eliminate a lot of stress than the unknown can cause.
A woman cannot get pregnant unless she has unprotected sex (naked) with ejaculation. She would also have to be ovulating. Sperm will not travel through a layer of clothing to impregnate.
So a pregnancy cannot occur from what you did.
