Just two days ago i started to have this episodes of coughing. The winter just ended here in china and the weather drastically changed from 10 degree to 29 degree. When i had the coughings i thought it's just normal flu due to the weather changing. But today i cough so hard for a minute that basically everything just came out. tears little vomit phlegm and i keep having this weird feeling in my throat as if it had something in it.
I basically can't sleep because whenever i lay down i started to choke and cough so hard.

What are these coughings actually?
I do have other flu symptopms such as fever sore joint fatigue but not the ones that i can't take them.

Guide

Hi Aby,
I am sorry to hear that you are not feeling well and are unable to get any sleep because of the coughing. I think you need to be examined by a doctor. A physician can listen to your lungs, do a physical examination and any necessary imaging to determine the cause of your symptoms. Coughing is a response or reaction to an irritant in the airways. But, the question is what is the irritant. Only by physical examination can this be determined. Please keep us posted.
