Can you get pregnant after you've wiped off sperm?

I gave my bf a handjob and then wiped the supermarket off my hand with antibacterial wet wipes. After 3 minutes I went to the bathroom to pee and wiped myself with toilet paper. I'm pretty sure my hands were dry but I'm still nervous. Is there any chance of getting pregnant if I'm ovulating right now?
