Can orthotics cause upper thigh and butt pain?

Orthotics can do a world of good for some people but for others, it can cause the kind of pain you're having due to a redistribution of how you are moving and the muscles involved.

Are you just starting out with these orthotics? If so, give them a chance and see if your body adjusts. But if this has been an ongoing issue, you may need them to be adjusted.
