Hi, I was involved in car accident a month ago, my starmum was fractured (3mm). Doctor advices not to lift any heavy load for 3 months. Can I have sex after one month ?

Thank you for writing.

Having sex can mean a lot of things to a lot of people in terms of levels and kinds of activity, the weight of those involved etc. We can't advise someone to have/not have sex after an injury. Your doctor is the best person to ask and as always - if in pain, stop.
