Hello, I don't know if this is just my anxiety or whether or not there is something to be nervous about but, I regularly take my contraceptive pill (Rigevidon) between 7:30am to 8am, however at roughly 12pm I experienced sickness. I didn't necessarily throw up but I felt it in my mouth in which I managed to swallow back down. I just want to make sure that from me taking the pill it hasn't left my system or gone anywhere but that I'm still protected and I don't need extra precautions/emergency contraception.
I also wanted to make sure, due to the weather becoming more autumnal that my room has become increasingly chillier and my pills are being housed in their blister pack with cupboard cover on my bookshelf. I've checked my pamphlet about temperatures but it just says 'store below 25 degrees' but nothing else regarding a minimal temperature. I don't know whether I should be concerned about this or not because it's not on the box.
Any advice would be great!
Many Thanks,
NervousNelly

Hello again, Nervous Nelly.
We have helped you before with this anxiety over swallowing your pill. There is no need for concern. Hours had passed and you said you didn't throw up even so.
Your pills should be fine stored as they are.
