I gave my boyfriend a hand job twice and he came both times. You cannot get pregnant if you are a virgin. Nor does it happen from foreplay (hand jobs, masturbation, etc.) and clean hands.
For all intents and purposes, there is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sexual intercourse with ejaculation that enters the vagina.
