Ideal blood pressure is 120/80 (give or take) a few points up or down. Some experts define low blood pressure as readings lower than 90 mm Hg systolic or 60 mm Hg diastolic. If either number is below that, your pressure is lower than normal. What is low for one person might be normal for another. Most doctors consider blood pressure too low only if it causes symptoms such as:
Dizziness
Fainting
Blurred vision
Nausea
Fatigue
Lack of concentration
If you have consistently low blood pressure readings but feel fine, your doctor is likely just to monitor you during routine exams.
