I just wondered if any one is interested in losing weight the Empowerher way. By starting on their own date, setting their own goal, and giving it one month just to see how much weight they can lose execerise by walking or whatever feels good and fun. I f any one is interested please let me know because it seems like fun.I could use the buddy system through EmpowerHer as I gained about 8lb myself and would like to shed the pounds by setting a goal for one month. We could all benefit by the buddy system and share/encourage each others progress. What do you think?
