Reading this article really made alot of sense to me because I have been making steps every day to try to improve my life and I find it is helping me feel better.I thought 3 months ago I had to start some where so it was one day at a time for me and now I feel I am mentally and physcially fit but what I am really surprised about is, I am starting to like myself. I am accepting the fact that I am worth the effort.I know I am a work in progress. I know I hold the keys to my happiness and health.I feel more aware then ever.
