Have you ever played the game ‘If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live?’ Sure you have, we all have. But most of the time we answer that question based on our personal preferences. In today’s HER Daily Dose, we’ll tell you what that answer would look like if your criterion were health-related.

More research is needed to understand why living by the coast seems to be linked with better health, but researchers think it’s because living by the ocean present opportunities for stress reduction and increased physical activity. So what do you think? If you live by the ocean, are you happier? And would you ever consider moving to the coast if you knew it was better for your health?
