I'm 22 years old. I was diagnosed with Bipolar II and severe anxiety disorder (including separation anxiety) at age 12. I have been seeing a psychiatrist for treatment since I was 8. As I get older life seems a bit harder and more stressful. Quite a bit more difficult to deal with now. I also have a history of hypothyroidism since I was about 13, maybe from the lithium I took? I am very open about my diagnosis' and I feel I am very aware of my body and overall health more than most. I am very shy and would like to have more connections, friends, and people I can relate to. It's very hard to meet people or make friends. It gets kind of lonely and depressing at times especially since I live alone with my two beautiful cats. lol.
