Carol Campbell is a women’s advocate using education, artistic endeavors and storytelling to increase awareness and raise funds to support individuals, critical programs and charities here and abroad.
Combining her love of performance art with women’s issues, Carol created, The Goddess Diaries, a theatrical production which raises funds and awareness for women based charities now reaching national stages. Carol is currently preparing her newest script for The Goddess Diaries as it returns to the Capital Fringe Festival in Washington, DC, in July 2013.
As a regular contributor for five years on the Sirius-XM satellite radio hit broadcast, Broadminded, Carol provided commentary to the wide range of women’s issues that headline the media, taking listener’s questions and drawing on myth and ancient imagery to find answers related to body image, relationships and new opportunities.
Carol has twenty five years of experience in women’s health education and counseling, including inspiring and coaching women through her creation, Crone Stones, a meditation tool using sacred stories and goddess mythology. The much anticipated publication, Return to Wellness: The New Book of Crone Stones, is now available through Barclay Bryan Press.
Carol is proud of her work in her local community. She facilitates coursework in feminist theology – sessions dedicated to goddess history, philosophy and art, conducting workshops and gatherings bringing ritual to the community.
