SysyMorales

I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 1994 at age 11. I did not manage well until my mid twenties when I began to recognize the power of positive thinking, exercise, and nutrition. Now, my A1c's stay under 6% and I have been able to lose weight and improve all of my other health conditions. I am married and have twin toddlers. I am the editor at http://thegirlsguidetodiabetes.com and forever a work in progress.
