It helps. It helps me knowing that I am helping somebody else. You know what I mean, because it’s just like, oh my gosh, if I would have known this, probably like five or six years ago, before I even, I don’t think I would have ended up in the hospital like that, over-medicating and drinking wine just to try to get by my day-to-day life. I think if I would have known about this back my junior/senior year in high school or even in college, it would have been, oh okay, wait a minute. I think I would have known a little bit more steps of what to do, how to plan.
