Dr. Cannada shares how a woman's sex life is affected by a pelvic fracture.

Dr. Cannada:
Women after pelvic fractures might have painful sex. The intercourse might be painful. They might have difficulty reaching orgasm compared to previously, and in addition they can have bladder issues which can be quite embarrassing during sex.

They also can have chronic pain which then affects their overall sex drive because they become a depressed person or just they could have post traumatic stress which again can happen especially after pelvic trauma. They might not be as confident in themselves and therefore that affects their overall sex drive.
