Dr. DiCampli shares advice for women who want to have a home birth but are concerned about experiencing pain.

Dr. DiCampli:
Many women are concerned about pain in childbirth. It is a natural part of the process and there are many ways to manage the pain. There are the endorphins that kick in, in response to the pain which are natural, and there’s many different therapies, herbs, homeopathy and hydrotherapy that help with the pain.

Women have been having babies for many, many, many, many years and that’s with the pain. So it’s not something that should be feared but should be embraced for labor and delivery.
