I've been trying to concieve for the pass four yrs and i dont know what is happening. I'm getting fed up at this point.....please help!!!!!!!

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Am sure this must not be easy.  But have you thought of seeing a fertility specialist.  Am sure he can help you and your partner in finding the cause of not being able to conceive.
