HI! I am suffering from RLS, PLMD, central sleep apnea and low oxygenation. I use a BIPAT

HI! I am new to the group and do suffer from several sleep disorders including RLS, PLMD, central sleep apnea and low oxygenation. I use a ''BIPAP machine every night with a full face mask that drives me crazy! It leaks so badly. They have ordered my third new one. It was ordered Tuesday. I just got my new machine on Monday. I am having a great deal of difficulty getting enough hours of use due to the chronic leaking mask. The pressures were just increased and it is nearly impossible to stop the leaking. I hope this newest mask that is on its way will do the trick. I am so sleep deprived and exhausted that it is difficult to get through the ADL's. I also have Myasthenia Gravis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and COPD, among other things. My symptoms keep me fairly inactive although I try to stay as active as possible...I don't want to loose what strength I have so I try to take short walks everyday 2-3 times a day. I do get myself together each morning and manage housework on a limited basis. I am also chronically anemic which doesn't help the lack of energy nor does the hypothyroidism. But, I manage and keep on truckin'. I have to. I want to. Life has too much to offer to lay in bed all day, so I try to find quiet activities I enjoy and I keep my faith strong in a Creator that made me. I'm this way for a reason and I'll keep doing my best to manage as well as I can. The RLS is almost constant, but the medication seems to help a little. Sometimes. It is very tiring and nerve wracking but, like I said, one has to keep on trying to do their best. Thanks for listening and I look forward to hearing from someone! Maybe somebody knows some techniques to help control the movements. bbnrse
