The birth of my son 11 months ago was one of the most profound and rewarding experiences of my life. As I laboured I was relaxed and free from fear... excited to soon meet the child I had been carrying for 9 months. My birth experience, though tough at times was beautiful, natural and at my bodies pace. I do know that some medical circumstances prevent this type of birth from happening at times, and this group does not in any way try to create negative feelings toward other types of birthing. Rather, it is a place to share your beautiful birthing experiences, provide helpful tips and techniques and encourage others along their path to motherhood.
