Do you take all of the medicine and vitamins the doctor tells you to?
I am on bio identical hormones, and have to take progesterone by pill and testosterone
By cream. I forget the cream all the time, but I am always low when I have my. Tests done. I tried an implant last year of testosterone, but My skin broke out so bad for 6months. I spent a fortune in facials and products trying to fix my face. I decided to try the cream and I don't have the great feeling I did from the implant. Like great sex, great energy and strength. Has anyone tried anything that works well, or combination of products?
If I had listened to my doctor I would be a wreck! When I started bleeding heavy he didn't get into any symptomology and told me I should probably just get back on the pill.... I might have some endometriosis.
Turns out that 4 months later I had my last ever period. I was about to start going into menopause and the doc didn't even consider that fact. He thought I was too young to be going into menopause. I was 42. More and more women are going into it sooner because our environment is riddled with estrogens.
I hauled myself down to a local compounding pharmacy where I did a saliva test. We backward engineered getting a prescription from the pharmacists recommendation. I take a topical bioidentical progesterone and testosterone. I also take an adrenal supplement for hot flashes.
I feel like I got my life back after dealing with the symptoms for 8 months.
You may want to consider what cosmetic applications you are using too. That industry is NOT regulated at all.
